I have just upgraded my account, but my file is still disabled?

When we initially processed your file, you may not of had the credentials required for us to process your long file. Please try to re-upload your file. If you still run into any issues contact us at support@MapDeduce.com

Why is it taking so long to load?

There could be a number of reason why a question or a file takes a long time to process. This may happen if you have a long file or you may have asked a questions which requires a bit more effort from our AI.

Please be patient. If your file or questions is taking a abnormal amount of time, please contact us at support@MapDeduce.com and provide us with your file URL. This is the URL that shows up when you click on a file. Example: app.mapdeduce.com/files/2b204250-a041-4c4e-880b-192ca7599999

Can I get a discount for referring a friend?

Yes!

Yes, all files are stored and encrypted at rest and communication between your browser and our website is encrypted.

How do I delete a file?

1) Log into MapDeduce
2) Click on "Select Document"
3) Click on the files you would like to delete
4) Click on "Delete Documents"

How do I cancel my subscription?

1) Log into MapDeduce
2) Click on "My Documents"
3) Click on "Manage Billing"
4) Click on "Cancel Plan"

If you do not see "Manage Billing", you do not have an active subscription.

How do I request a refund?

You can request a refund within 3 days of purchase. We know that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help. If you want to receive a refund, please send the following information:

- Email address
- Subscription start date
- Any extra relevant information
Contact us via our email: mail@mapdeduce.com With the subject "Refund Request".

We will evaluate your refund request based on Pro Plan usage, and respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. After approval, we will send you an email, and you will be issued a refund within a month of approval. Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing unexpected services —not as a way to get free services. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you.
